Our barn has been fully renovated to create the ideal space for hosting events. Please read about all the amenities the barn has to offer and view images of the space below.

• Great Room (Upper Level)

  • Upstairs loft with two additional single beds, linens provided

• Lower Level

  • Two bedrooms with sliding barn doors, each with a double and three single beds, all linens provided

  • Sitting area with pullout couch and love seat

  • Wi-Fi access

  • Kitchen: double ovens, serving pieces, white dishes, silverware and cups for 50+, kitchen towels, 50- cup Farberware coffee urn, glass water carafes, plastic water pitchers, salt and pepper shakers, microwave, and generous counter space

  • Powder room bath: linen and paper towels provided

  • Full Bath: bath towels and paper towels provided. *Our septic system can manage 50 guests.  If guests exceed 50 at any point during the rental additional porta potties will need to be brought in by the renter.*

  • Stores our 150 dark wood folding chairs and 50 upholstered folding chairs, garbage cans, metal beverage containers, six 5- foot round tables, twelve 4- foot rectangular tables, twelve 5- foot rectangular tables, eight 6- foot rectangular tables, two round cocktail tables
